Switching from ReadyMode: what to test first
- Run a real calling block.Dial a sample list in power mode, then in predictive mode, and count the live conversations each agent reaches in an hour.
- Check the caller ID each lead sees.Confirm the local number chosen for leads in your main states, and open one number’s Healthy, Watch or Flagged status.
- Review a finished call.Find its transcript and summary, and with Agent Assist & coaching its graded review, and check that a manager can coach from them.
- Move a sample of leads.Export a sample from ReadyMode or your CRM as CSV, import it with field mapping, and check callbacks, dispositions and notes before moving everything. To connect your CRM instead, name it during onboarding.
- Set your compliance rules.Set calling windows and DNC screening for the states you call, and agree who keeps consent records.
- Time your voicemails.Voicemail drop is coming soon. Until it ships, measure how long agents spend leaving voicemails in a normal session before you switch.

What does ReadyMode iQ add over Starter?
ReadyMode’s iQ plan includes caller ID reputation monitoring, assisted remediation, carrier-aware number selection and unlimited integrations, which Starter doesn’t. EmberDial shows each number’s spam-risk level as Healthy, Watch or Flagged, rests flagged numbers out of rotation automatically, and offers parking and reputation-review actions; parking a number and clearing a carrier label are different outcomes. See number reputation.
How do we compare our ReadyMode agency deal with EmberDial?
Tell us your seat count, current software rate and the workflow you want to improve, and we’ll scope an EmberDial offer with calling capacity, numbers, usage, add-ons and onboarding together. If your dialer comes bundled with leads, separate the software cost first. For an agency or lead-program partner, we’ll also work through lead delivery, branding requirements and who supports the agents.
How should we evaluate EmberDial before leaving ReadyMode?
Choose the participating agents and a workflow to prove, such as where a callback goes when the original agent is busy or unavailable. Confirm the dates, setup, any charges and the post-evaluation price in writing. The decision should rest on what your team can do with the product and what the proposed setup costs.
