Dialer comparison

EmberDial vs Mojo: a real estate prospecting dialer or a calling floor?

Mojo Dialer is a power dialer built for real estate prospecting, with a lead manager and lead data such as expireds and FSBOs sold by area. EmberDial is a calling workspace with power and predictive campaigns, number reputation and call review. Here is how they compare, and what a team would pay for each.

Mojo details checked October 22, 2026 Sources beside every claim

The short answer

Mojo publishes its parts: Agent Access at $10 a user a month plus a dialer license, Single Line at $89 or Triple Line at $139 a month, both with unlimited minutes. Its own phone connection, Mojo Voice, is $30 more per dialing agent. EmberDial runs power and predictive campaigns and includes local numbers, number reputation, transcripts and call summaries in every license. With Agent Access and the Triple Line Dialer, the two meet at about 2,500 connected minutes per agent a month.

Mojo

$149

a month per agent for Agent Access ($10 a user) plus a Triple Line Dialer license ($139), prepaid monthly with no contracts. A Single Line Dialer instead brings it to $99.

Where Mojo may fit better

  • You prospect for listings and want expired, FSBO, FRBO or pre-foreclosure leads and a skip tracer in the same account.
  • Your team already uses Boomtown, Wise Agent, Follow Up Boss or Top Producer, which Mojo lists as integrations.
  • Each agent talks more than about 2,500 connected minutes a month, where Mojo’s unlimited minutes cost less.
  • You want a one-click pre-recorded voicemail drop today.
  • You are a solo agent who wants a single-line dialer and dials from your own phone.

EmberDial

$99 + 2¢/min

Per concurrent calling license a month, plus each connected minute. Billed monthly.

Where EmberDial may fit better

  • You want predictive campaigns with abandon-rate pacing, not a fixed one or three lines.
  • You want 10 local numbers per license, with local caller ID picked by area code and a Healthy, Watch or Flagged status on each number.
  • You want live transcripts and call summaries on every call, with graded call reviews in the Agent Assist add-on.
  • You want supervisors to listen in, whisper or barge, and team chat built in.
  • You want calling from the browser without paying for a separate voice connection.

10 US local numbers per license, pooled across your agency ($1 a month for each extra). Local caller ID picks from your own pool by area code, then state, then region. Branded caller ID shows your business name on the lead’s screen, 10¢ per branded call, on carriers that display it.

Add-on

Number reputationIncluded

Each number has a daily call allowance, lower while a new number warms up, and shows Healthy, Watch or Flagged. A flagged number rests automatically, out of rotation, and calls move to your healthy numbers.

Included

Reputation Guard, included with every Mojo Dialer subscription, registers eligible numbers through TransUnion’s CNO process, monitors them for spam tagging and starts an appeal automatically when a label is found. It covers your own numbers and Mojo Caller ID; the pages we checked list no number rotation or replacement.

Add-on

Call recording is a $25 a month per agent add-on that records select calls and keeps them up to 90 days. Mojo lists AI-written calling scripts, emails and letters and an AI Action Plan Builder; the pages we checked list no call transcription or call summaries.

Switching from Mojo: what to test first

  1. Run a real calling block.Dial a sample list in power mode, then in predictive mode, and count the live conversations each agent reaches in an hour.
  2. Check the caller ID each lead sees.Confirm the local number chosen for leads in your main states, and open one number’s Healthy, Watch or Flagged status.
  3. Review a finished call.Find its transcript and summary, and with Agent Assist & coaching its graded review, and check that a manager can coach from them.
  4. Move a sample of leads.Export a sample from Mojo or your CRM as CSV, import it with field mapping, and check callbacks, dispositions and notes before moving everything. To connect your CRM instead, name it during onboarding.
  5. Set your compliance rules.Set calling windows and DNC screening for the states you call, and agree who keeps consent records.
  6. Time your voicemails.Voicemail drop is coming soon. Until it ships, measure how long agents spend leaving voicemails in a normal session before you switch.

EmberDial vs Mojo: questions

How much does Mojo Dialer cost?

Mojo’s pricing page lists Agent Access at $10 a user a month, required for every user, plus a dialer license: Single Line at $89 or Triple Line at $139 a month, both with unlimited minutes. Mojo Voice is $30 a month per dialing agent and call recording $25 a month per agent. EmberDial is $99 per concurrent calling license a month plus $0.02 per connected minute, with 10 local numbers per license; see pricing.

Is Mojo a predictive dialer?

Mojo describes its dialer as a power dialer: the Single Line Dialer calls one contact at a time and the Triple Line Dialer up to three at once, up to 300 calls an hour. The pages we checked don’t mention predictive dialing. EmberDial campaigns run in power or predictive mode, with pacing that slows above a 2.5% abandon rate and drops to one line above 3%, per campaign over a rolling 30 days.

Is Mojo cheaper than EmberDial?

It depends on talk time. With Agent Access and the Triple Line Dialer, Mojo lists $149 a month per agent with unlimited minutes, so EmberDial costs less below about 2,500 connected minutes per agent a month and Mojo costs less above that. Mojo Voice, call recording and caller ID numbers change the totals; the cost check includes them.

Does Mojo work with real estate CRMs?

Mojo includes its own Lead Manager with action plans and lists integrations with Boomtown, Wise Agent, Follow Up Boss and Top Producer, plus HighLevel through API Nation and Zapier. EmberDial has no built-in CRM: it imports leads by CSV with field mapping, accepts leads your vendors post straight into a campaign, and connects your CRM on request during onboarding.
