About the role

Help explain EmberDial’s product and build its presence through useful, clear content for prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Draft LinkedIn posts, short articles, and product explainers.
• Help create short videos and simple visual assets.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate reviews.
• Research audience questions and relevant industry topics.
• Track engagement and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and an interest in technology marketing.
• Familiarity with social platforms and basic content tools.
• Attention to accuracy, tone, and visual presentation.
• Ability to organize work and incorporate feedback.

Personal projects, student publications, and portfolio samples are welcome.
