Responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and internal documentation.
• Help coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
• Identify repetitive tasks and suggest process improvements.
• Support sales, marketing, and customer operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, written communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and learning business tools.
• Ability to summarize research and turn findings into clear next steps.
• Interest in startups, technology, and business operations.
