About the role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to develop and evaluate features for conversation analysis, summarization, and contextual sales assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build applications using language models and speech technologies.
• Integrate AI workflows with backend services.
• Develop evaluations for accuracy, usefulness, and reliability.
• Improve response speed, operating costs, and failure handling.
• Implement appropriate monitoring and customer-data safeguards.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and experience building APIs.
• Experience developing and deploying AI applications.
• Familiarity with language models, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Strong debugging skills and practical engineering judgment.
• Experience with streaming audio or speech recognition is a plus.
