A 44-second overview with sample data: work a call list, get a suggested reply when a lead pushes back, review the call, practice the missed moment and share the lesson with your team.
Use power or predictive dialing for campaigns, or let agents dial by hand. Every mode checks calling hours and DNC before a call goes out.
Campaigns · the default
Rings one line more than your free agents, within the campaign's line limit, so the next lead is ringing as a call wraps. If abandoned calls start to rise, it cuts the lines in half, then drops to one at a time. Power is the default for new campaigns.
Campaigns
Starts at two lines and adds one line at a time as recent pickup rates support it, up to the campaign's line limit and never more than eight. By default it drops back to two lines above a 2.5% abandon rate and to one line above 3%, and a campaign that passes 4.5% is paused once it has at least 50 answered calls and 10 abandoned calls. Rates are measured per campaign over a rolling 30 days.
Dialpad
Agents start every call themselves from the dialpad. Each call checks your internal DNC list and a fixed 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. window first, and every attempt is written to an audit log.
The roster connects every person to their role, activity, and results.

Agent Assist puts the current suggestion in the spotlight. Earlier script lines stay close, and call direction keeps the next step in view.

With Agent Assist & coaching, every call gets a graded review: the moments that mattered, where the call worked, and a clear focus for the next conversation.

Full pricing and billing termsEmberDial is an outbound sales dialer and calling workspace for US sales teams and agencies, including life insurance agencies. Agents call from the browser in power, predictive or manual mode, with local caller ID, live call transcripts, call outcomes and scheduled callbacks. Managers review recordings, summaries and call grades, coach the team and track the health of the agency's calling numbers. Optional Agent Assist puts a suggested next line on screen during live calls. Pricing is published: $99 per concurrent calling license a month plus 2¢ per connected minute.
Both, plus manual dialing. Campaigns run in power or predictive mode, power is the default, and agents can also dial by hand from the dialpad. Power mode rings one line more than your free agents, within the campaign's line limit, so the next lead is ringing as a call wraps. Predictive mode starts at two lines and adds one line at a time as recent pickup rates support it, up to the campaign's line limit and never more than eight. By default, both modes slow down when a campaign's abandon rate passes 2.5% and dial one line at a time above 3%, measured per campaign over a rolling 30 days, and a campaign that passes 4.5% is paused once it has at least 50 answered calls and 10 abandoned calls. Dialpad calls check your internal DNC list and a fixed 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. window before they ring.
EmberDial costs $99 per concurrent calling license a month plus $0.02 per connected minute, with no plan tiers and no included minutes. One license that connects 3,000 minutes in a month is $159 ($99 + 3,000 × $0.02), or $208 with Agent Assist & coaching. One license at 7,000 connected minutes is $239/month, or $348/month with Agent Assist & coaching. Five licenses at 7,000 minutes each come to $1,195/month, or $1,740 with Agent Assist & coaching on all five, including the extra assisted-minute packs.
Each license includes 10 US local numbers pooled across your agency, and extra numbers are $1 per number a month. Examples exclude extra numbers, CRM setup, applicable taxes and separately confirmed surcharges.
EmberDial registers and monitors every calling number, and works with you on your own numbers. Each number has a daily call allowance, lower while a new number warms up, and your agency can set its own. Every number shows as Healthy, Watch or Flagged from its spam-risk checks. A number that gets flagged rests automatically, out of rotation, and calls move to your healthy numbers; carriers and analytics providers decide whether a label is removed. Branded caller ID shows your business name on the call on networks that support it, at 10¢ per branded call. From a number's details you can request a review, rest it so it can recover, or retire and replace it.
Yes, when your pool has a match. EmberDial picks a caller ID from your agency's own numbers that matches the lead's area code, then the lead's state, then the lead's Census region, before using any other active number in your pool. If no number in your pool is eligible, the call uses EmberDial's shared default caller ID. Each license includes 10 US local numbers pooled across the agency, and extra numbers are $1 per number a month. EmberDial does not spoof caller ID.
No dialer can make your calls TCPA compliant on its own. EmberDial provides compliance tooling, and your agency stays the seller and caller responsible for consent, registrations and how your team calls. Before each campaign dial, EmberDial checks your internal DNC list and, through your agency's own DNC.com account, federal, state and litigator lists; agencies that screen elsewhere can have that arrangement recorded instead.
Campaigns call only inside their calling hours in each lead's local time (8 a.m. to 9 p.m. by default), with federal holidays blocked by default, narrower windows for Texas, Alabama and Louisiana, and attempt limits for Florida, Oklahoma and Maryland (3 per 24 hours) and Maine (1 per 8 hours). Agents see a recording-disclosure reminder for leads in all-party-consent states, dial pacing slows as abandoned calls approach 3%, compliance events are kept for 5 years and call recordings for 24 months by default. This is not legal advice.
CRM connections are set up on request. Name your CRM, such as HighLevel, HubSpot or Salesforce, and we set up the connection during onboarding. CSV import works today: the importer suggests a column mapping, picks up Jornaya LeadiD and TrustedForm certificate fields when your file includes them, and keeps notes, outcomes and callbacks on each lead.
Lead vendors can send leads straight in. From a campaign's Lead posting tab, an owner or manager creates a posting URL and key for your vendor; any vendor system that can send an HTTP POST then delivers each lead into that campaign's dialing queue, with no CSV. Common fields are matched automatically, any vendor field can be mapped, and Jornaya LeadiD and TrustedForm certificate URLs sent with a lead are stored as its consent record. Phones already in your agency are not duplicated, new leads get the same DNC screening as a CSV import, and a test post shows how a lead would be mapped before any real lead arrives. Lead posting is included at no extra charge.
Yes. During a live call an agent can transfer the lead to a named teammate, to an outside US number or to a team. When the agency owner turns on Relay, a team transfer offers the call to one ready closer at a time, picked by longest idle, round robin or team leads first, and by default only to closers licensed in the caller's state. If a closer declines or lets the offer run out, the next one is tried, up to five tries per team, and the call can then overflow to another team or a saved number. The agent keeps talking with the lead until someone accepts. Transfers come with every calling license.
No. Agent Assist never speaks on the call; your agent decides what to say. During a live call it shows the next suggested line, your playbook's answer when a lead objects, an up-next checklist of script steps and talk-ratio and mood cues. After the call, managers get a graded review of every call and a playbook score. Agent Assist & coaching is an optional add-on at $49 per enabled concurrent license a month with 3,000 assisted minutes, pooled across your agency's enabled licenses and reset monthly; extra 1,000-minute packs are $15. Calling, transcripts, recordings and summaries continue when guidance pauses at the limit. Full metering rules are on the pricing page.
Yes. Most switches start with a CSV export of your leads and your current script. Map the columns on import, start a campaign on the 10 US local numbers included with each license, and agents check their audio in the browser before their first call. Send your seat count, monthly calling volume and current quote with your trial request and we will compare the monthly cost line by line.
Onboarding and one CRM connection are included for every team, with no setup fee. If you want to keep numbers you use today, mention it in your trial request.
EmberDial vs ReadyMode EmberDial vs Convoso What to test before you switch
Start by requesting a trial; there is no self-serve signup. EmberDial offers trials by request: our team checks each request by hand, then sets up a short trial with a set amount of calling credit. We email you once your details are checked.
Your approved written order confirms the terms before activation. Once your workspace and calling access are ready, import contacts into a campaign, check your audio and start dialing. Agents need a current browser on a computer, plus a microphone and speaker or a headset.
You need one license for each agent on a call at the same time, not one per login. Agents keep individual logins and share capacity across shifts, so six agents with three calling at once need three licenses.
Only answered calls count. Answered inbound and outbound US local and mobile calls count, including calls answered by voicemail; ringing and Practice sessions do not. Each answered external call leg counts for its own duration, so overlapping legs during a transfer or conference add up. International, premium, toll-free inbound and high-cost routes are quoted separately.
